Unofficial and unconfirmed reports indicate that independent candidates supported by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) are emerging as frontrunners in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly. As per these reports, PTI-backed independents are currently leading in the race for a significant number of seats, though the results remain unofficial.
Among the 115 seats in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, preliminary results for 66 seats suggest a notable victory for candidates affiliated with the PTI. These unofficial tallies indicate that independent candidates backed by the PTI have clinched success in 57 constituencies, underscoring a significant showing for the party in the assembly elections.
PK-1 Suriya Bibi, an independent candidate, won with 18914 votes against PTI-P’s Ghulam Muhammad.
PK-2 PTI-backed independent Fateh Malik is leading with 2785 votes against JI’s Maghfirat Shah who got 1861 votes
PK-3 Sharafat Ali won with 25,170 votes against Jahangir, the PML-N candidate.

Punjab Assembly in General Election 2024
Punjab: Punjab, a province in Pakistan, has a large number of people who can vote in elections. There are a total of 73,207,896 registered voters in Punjab, out of a population of 127,688,922. Among these voters, about 39.122 million are males and 30.485 million are females.
In Punjab’s political setup, there are 297 seats in the provincial assembly. Out of these, 297 seats are for everyone, 66 seats are reserved for women, and 8 seats are specifically for minority communities. Additionally, Punjab also contributes 173 seats to the National Assembly, which has 141 seats for everyone and 32 reserved for women.
To ensure that elections run smoothly, the Election Commission of Pakistan has classified 5,577 polling stations as “highly sensitive,” 14,056 as “sensitive,” and 30,323 as “normal.” This helps in organizing and managing the voting process effectively. Moreover, there are 14,556 male voters, 14,036 female voters, and 22,352 polling stations where both genders can participate. These details give a clear picture of how elections are conducted in Punjab, including voter numbers, seat distribution, and the arrangements made for polling stations.

Sindh Assembly features a total of 130 seats
Total Voters
In the electoral landscape, Sindh stood out with its significant population of 46.126 million people. Official statistics reveal that within this populous region, there were 26,994,769 registered voters.
Among this group, male voters amounted to 14.612 million, constituting 54.13% of the electorate, while female voters accounted for 12.382 million, making up 45.87% of the total registered voters.
Total Constituencies
The Sindh Assembly comprised a total of 130 seats, representing various segments of society. Within this assembly, there were 130 general seats available, along with 29 seats reserved specifically for women and 9 seats designated for minority communities.
Furthermore, Sindh contributed 75 seats to the National Assembly, consisting of 61 general seats and 14 seats reserved for women.
Security Arrangements
In terms of ensuring security, a comprehensive network was established across the province, comprising 14,052 polling buildings and 19,008 polling stations.
These facilities underwent meticulous categorization into highly sensitive, sensitive, and normal, with 4,498 buildings marked as highly sensitive, 4,834 as sensitive, and 4,720 as normal.
A robust security deployment consisting of 43,156 police personnel and volunteers was organized to safeguard all polling stations, buildings, and electoral materials throughout the province. Among them, 95,400 personnel were assigned to secure polling stations, while 10,648 formed part of the quick response force. Additionally, 37,108 volunteers and private security guards were enlisted to enhance security measures.

Balochistan Assembly in General Elections 2024
Quetta: Unofficial results from the elections for the 51 general seats of the Balochistan Assembly are still coming in. Based on unconfirmed reports, the Pakistan People’s Party is currently in the lead with nine seats out of the 31 for which results have been unofficially tallied.

PB-2: PML-N’s Jaffer Khan is leading with 1730 votes against JUI-F’s Fazal Qadir who got 15587 votes
PB-3: Independent Moulana Noorullah is leading with 5818 votes against JUI-F’s Moulana Abdul Wasey who got 4023 votes
PB-4: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s Sardar Abdul Raheem secured 24646 to clinch victory in PB-4 Barkhan. NP’s Abdul Karim remained second with 18910 votes.
PB-5: PML-N’s Muhammad Khan is leading with 1538 against JUI-F’s Molvi Faizullah who secured 979 votes.
PB-6: JUI-F’s Sardar Yaha is leading with 1817 votes followed by Independent candidate Sardar Azam Tareen who bagged 1003 votes.
